Central Compact Crushers Ltd. specialise in on site recycling, primarily for the construction and property development industry.

Crushers are available for hire in Oxfordshire and throughout the midlands, including Oxford, Banbury, Witney, Chipping Norton, Bicester, Wallingford, Didcot, Wantage, Faringdon and more.

We operate KOMPLET compact crushers, which are the fastest, most advanced mini crushers on the market today, yet small and light enough to access most sites. Being able to transport them on 7.5 tonne lorries means we can keep our transport costs to a minimum, and still offer features found on no other compact crushers.

We are a registered limited company, VAT registered and fully insured for all the works we undertake. We are also fully registered for the CIS scheme, both as a contractor and a sub-contractor.

We cover England and Wales from our midlands base, and are happy to quote for all areas. For local customers our minimum hire period is 1 hour, works over 70 miles away would normally require a minimum 2 day hire period to be cost effective.

Our services:

Unlike most of our competitors, we will always supply an experienced operator with our crushers, meaning any given project is completed as quickly, safely and cost effectively as possible. We would always advise clients to exercise caution before opting for “self drive” hire of a compact crusher. In addition to safety considerations we have historically found that operated hire actually costs clients LESS, due to the difference experience can make to outputs achievable per hour / day and reduced risk of machine damage.

Our rates are on a par with self drive rates, with the following advantages:

Our Crushers:

Our KOMPLET 48-25 mini crushers are purpose built industrial class recycling machines, and all our crushers feature:

• 480mm x 250mm jaw crusher inlet
• Variable speed feed belt system means easy, constant loading of material into jaws
• Feed belt also minimises risk of bridging and blocking, and can be used as a “picking belt” to ensure clean aggregate
• Full radio remote control from excavator cab
• Output size infinitely variable from 90mm down to 10mm down product
• Outputs of up to 18 tonnes per hour, average 10-15 tph
• Flexibility to be loaded with 360 diggers, or front end loaders
• Will crush concrete, bricks, old tarmac, natural stone, granite, slabs, block pavers
• Efficient Isuzu 3 cylinder diesel engine consuming approx 25 litres per day
• Full satellite tracking and communication system
• Fully CE certified with regular servicing and safety checks

Technical dimensions:

The hydraulic feed belt system is 420mm wide, and delivers a constant, steady flow of material to the jaws, allows loading with buckets up to 1200mm and can be used as a picking belt to remove tramp material from the rubble. Conventional “gravity fed” crushers can easily become blocked if material falls from the bucket too quickly, and limit bucket size to just 450mm. Additionally, the KOMPLET crushers will keep feeding the jaws whilst the next bucket load of rubble is being picked up, giving a higher ton per hour output.

The radio remote system offers control of ALL major functions on the crusher, giving the option of the operator loading the crusher and still having full control of all the machines functions. By taking the remote control unit away at night, we can also reduce the risk of theft from site.
